I wouldn't use this company again. I had carpet and good quality vinyl installed throughout my entire home. There were swirl marks from the trowel that were highly visible through the vinyl over the entire floor(large area) I mentioned them upon installation and asked if maybe they should use a roller. I was told that it was perfectly normal and that they didn't need to use a roller. They said the swirls would go away...just give them time. I waited several weeks and after a couple of phone calls they came back and agreed it did not look good. They filed a defect claim on the glue and I had to wait to see what would happen...I was unable to put trim down and finally insisted after months of waiting that the flooring be replaced. It was eventually replaced and not long after a seam separated. We were told it would be repaired; however, they put off coming for months. When they finally came and looked at it and set up a time, they didn't show up and we already had moved everything out of the room for repair. They wouldn't answer the phone or return our phone calls...
