Such a terrible company to work with don't waste ur time or money on theres jokes.



1 never even picked up my trash 4 weeks in a row then try to charge me 10 dollars a week to come fix there mistake



2 after finally picking up my trash on the right day tipped over the can spilling broken glass all over my drive way do U think The driver picked it up Nope left the can tipped over on top it and speed off.



3 I was off work and was out in the yard enjoying my day Im the only ace costumer on my block ( there is probably a reason for that) when I herd a large truck turn the corner he hit about 35 miles an hour before slamming on the breaks to stop for my can only to close he's clamp before my can nocking it over and spilling trash every where he gets out picks up a few large bags leaving tons of stuff still on the drive way dumps it yell hay u gonna clean up that mess he yells back not my problem well guess it's my fault he was going to fast and messed up



4 customer support is very very very hard to get ahold of phones always busy and when u do get ahold of some one it takes a hour



Look like from the outer reviews Im not the only one in this boat I contacted bbb U recommend every one that has issues do the same

This is the only garbage company I have been with since I moved to Coon Rapids. They are reliable on service and their prices are affordable and fair. They have always gone out of their way to keep me a happy customer.

Wanted to say thank you for the good customer service, since I moved into Otsego nearly 4 years ago!
