The apts appear to be in good shape but after moving in you will find that many things do not work. (ex. lights, garbage disposal, toilet, burner) It is very difficult to contact management to discuss any issues as the office is rarely open at the times they provide (which is only 12-6 M-F and 11-2 Sat.) and despite multiple attempts, I have yet to be able to reach them by phone. We have seen two vehicles in our "secure" building broken into this week and after talking with other residents, were told that this is a common occurance. They have complained several times to the manager but because he states in the lease that he is not responsible for property so he does absolutely nothing to prevent this or find out who is responsible.



Also, beware that when you are told the price of rent, it will only be that amount for one month. The actual price is $80-100 higher but you will not be told that until you are ready to sign the lease.
