Everytime I have gone to the Anoka location, the employees have been extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We had a problem once where a movie wasn't playing right, so they gave us another copy for 5 more nights, plus a free 5 night rental of another movie. They are very reasonable when you return a movie late, and won't overcharge you. Most movies are only $1 for 5 nights, except for new releases and tv series, which are about $3 for 5 nights. But still, much better than Redbox. They offer movies in store almost as soon as they are released on DVD, plus they have a huge selection of older movies. They also have video games and even consoles for rent. They sell candy and snacks in the store and there's a pizza place right next door with a window connecting it to Family Video, so you can order a pizza and then pick out a movie while you wait for it to be ready without even leaving the building. Overall, it's just a really great place. My only complaint would be that they don't have some older movies which I would consider to be relatively popular. But if you can't find the movie you're looking for, just ask a worker and they can look to see if they have it at another location and can even send it over for you. I highly reccomend this place, especially compared to stupid Redbox!!
