I love this shop! The costume selection alone is reason enough to come here, but the staff and their knowledge and ability to help just make it the best place to get a costume, makeup, wigs, whatever you can think of. And they are open year round! Thanks so much Party Papers for being awesome! Support small business!

This place has amazing customer service! I needed an outfit for a play and they helped me put it together by selecting some pieces from rental and some to buy. My son also needed a costume for a school play and they rented it us at half price because it was for a child and for educational purposes. Small store with big selection and a big heart.

The staff at Party Papers is polite and friendly. They want to give good service and know their products -- especially the owners who go the extra mile to be sure you are pleased with your purchase. I get the same great service if I buy 1 greeting card or loads of paper products for a graduation party.

This shop has the best stuff. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they treat their customers with great care and understanding (which is very rare these days).I do all of my Halloween and costuming shopping with Party Papers in Anoka; totally worth the trip up there.
