A complete rip off! Do your homework and look around! Don't be stupid like me and spend 650.00 on a bathroom faucet that you don't need! Who wants the same faucet for a supposed lifetime anyways . Ughh so mad at myself for letting them do the work!

They were great to deal with! When I wanted a sink that was better quality that the big box stores I went to see the experts. Terry walked me around the showroom and listened to what I was looking for, then ordered the perfect sink for me! Love it!! Great people!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, it took hours to get a return call on questions about installing a new water heater. The original person I talked to seemed like she was clueless and she was borderline rude. I believe she stated her name was Jean or something similar. I can't understand why any business owner would want that type of person answering their phones. I have read the previous comments and replies from the co-owner stating that they don't buy their parts from Home Dept ...LIES! I have seen their plumbers in Home Depot buying parts. Ultimately I purchased my water heater through a different plumber and the pricing was almost 40% less. Advice to all consumers: Do you homework before purchasing from this company, there are other fully qualified plumbers that don't try to rip you off.

It is 10pm on a Monday, and we have no water. I tried calling multiple plumbers with "Emergency Services" listed, but none of them picked up. Terry was not only the first to pick up, he was also incredibly friendly, and when he wasn't available to help fix our well tonight, he gave us the number of another place to call. He also said to call him back tomorrow if we aren't able to get anybody out tonight, and he would help take care of us.
