Excellent service! New manager, new stylists! See Steph, she's great!

First off. Im a stylist myself. I needed to get my hair cut so I chose cutting crew in ansonia because my salon closes at 2. Walked in. Was pretty disgusted with the way one of the stylists had *done herself up* hair messy and in a bun. Come on now. You work at a salon. Dress professional for crying out load. What really set me of was when the stylists took two people who walked in AFTER ME!! While I waa sitting patiently. Screw that! Very unprofessional. I guess u get what you pay for. Quantity over quality at cutting crew thats for sure. Not recommended at all. It doesn't even deserve one star..

Charged $35 just for blow dry, spent 5 minutes doing it, thats over $400/hour rate! Total came to over $50 after cut and blow dry (no wash). Staff and manager were rude when asked for refund of difference. No clear posted pricing, and prices are made up as they go. If length makes a difference in price, post the pricing for length ranges. Regular pricing for a service like this is $25-30 anywhere else. NOT RECOMMEDED.
