I went in to get a set of acrylics removed and a pedicure. My first question was I want a fill or remove my nails whatever is cheaper. They told me 10 dollars to remove instead of a 15 fill. So I okay'd them to remove them. They popped them off instead of soaking them in a solution to loosen them. Then they said I should get a manicure instead to put polish ontop cause it would look better. I said okay, after she did three nails I said no way you can see every pump and peel on my nails with color so just clear coat is fine. They still charged me for the manicure 19 dollars instead of my first 10 removal. Then the women doing my pedicure put hot wax on my foot and it was freaking burning my foot. I told her that's hot, that's really hot. She just looked at me and laughed. I had to take my other foot and spread it around on my leg to keep it from burning me worse. It left a red mark the size of a silver dollar on the top of my foot. The manicures attempt to smooth my nails didn't work and they didn't clean out underneath my nails until I asked her too. Mind you they were filthy from having a set of nails ontop. Then they only offered me 2 dollars off for my burned foot and poor manicure. I had to fight hand and tooth to get my lowsy 4 dollars off for my bad experience.
