We hired Mr. Penny to fix some lighting and add an extra outlet to our kitchen in our commercial building about 18 months ago. He asked if he could park behind our building because he didn't want to pull a permit. After some of his workers added the outlet to the kitchen, the left and we discovered that the outlet didn't even work. So..we called Mr. Penny. His response was something along the manner of "It worked when we were there". I didn't want to argue wh him; I just wanted the plug to work. So, about 2 weeks later, he shows up with one of his workers, goes in and does something to the plug, comes out, hands me a bill for $120. I had already paid him close to $1800 for changing out ballasts and adding a 220 plug for our machines. I reluctantly paid it. As soon as I discovered that I can't run the small convection oven and the microwave together w/out tripping the breaker, I called him back. He NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. He is a rude egotistical jerk that will die a worthless man.
