Former tenant and employee management I would not recommend this park to no one if u Hispanic watch out nothing but racist management only look out for there own race I never had this before this new managers came in it use to be a nice place that I would recommend to any one but now how they treat you I could not believe the "OWNER"would allow people like this to run. Use to be a nice park!!!!!!!! Low ass park If u not white ass would not recommend it !!!!!!!!!

Very friendly people run this park, clean and very comfortable Restrooms and showers are extra clean. Would recommend this park to anyone going through this area

Park is clean and reasonably priced but the Managers appear to be cat hoarders. While staying there We counted over 100 cats wandering freely. Then we noticed that the Managers actually feed them and allow this unchecked breeding of

the species. Paek was decidedly unfriendly for dogs. We never felt comfortable there or free to let our dog even go

out of the Motorhome. Definitely would not stay again. The cats and their smell around the Office should have warned us off. We left after two days.
