I bought my vacation home in 2013 it had empty tank from Draeger on property. I called and asked how much tank rental was and was told 4 dollars a month or free if I bought 500 gallons a year. I agreed to it and when I got bills they charged 6 dollars a month instead of the 4 I was told. In 2017 we moved into home and I prepaid for 500 gallons in Sep. 2017. I had 327.6 gallons delivered in Dec. 2017 and ask for the balance to be delivered in April 2018. They delivered 118 gallons and said that was end of my prepaid. I paid for 500 gallons and they delivered only 445.6 and said that was it. I called and ask why and was told it was for tank rental. There is no tank rental if you buy 500 gallons which I paid for in SEP. 2017. I was told by lady on phone she would talk to owner and call me back next day. It is now a week later and still no call. I will be switching companies.
