First my husband works 3rd shift and is very unhappy with the fairness of the employees. 3rd has NO maintenance yet gets criticized on their numbers, and their lead "Char" doesn't follow procedures. Shes doesn't wear a walkie talkie in case something happens to the yard person, and is too "BUSY" inviting guys out to drink or on the phone to do her job. What a joke! U would be better off with monkeys! Certain employees run that place. Management or higher positions r a joke! If u need a job thats a joke work here! If they hired new leads n supervisors then it would be a great job.
