Always Towing

Geico sent this company to get my motorcycle. They were called around 12:noon. I was told that they would be here by 1:05pm I waited until 1:07 and called the tow company I was told that they were getting the stuff ready to tow the motorcycle. And it would be a few minutes. I got a text from Geico saying if the company hasn't arrived to call them. I called the number and talked to Yolanda she put me on hold and called the tow company.
She came back to the line and said that they will be at my location by 2:40pm I am furious at this point!

The shop where I need my bike closes at 4:pm

i have used this tow service numerous times and they have a wonderfull service with a fast response time but their phone number has changed to 925.219.6202
