You should be ashamed of yourselves! I have a 15 year old English Bulldog that has severe arthritis. I came in to get a script for her for her pain meds ad you and your staff have turned it into a HUGE ordeal. All your signs say how much you care but you could careless. I've been down twice my wife has called twice and emailed. You finally leave us a voicemail at 950pm telling us it would be ready at 11:30. I came this afternoon and to my amazement(not really) you lost it. So after waiting for almost 30 minutes while you searched you finally just called the pharmacy. That's what my original request was for. You people have no business saying you care about animals!!
