I've been desperately trying to get in touch with someone in regards to a tenant that overpayed in rent over a year ago and was never reimbursed (about $500). She has spoken to the person working in the office at the apartments multiple times and was told it was being taken care of. When the apartments were being viewed by investors, her apartment was used as a show-house because it was clean and nicely decorated. On top of the invasion of privacy, she was never compensated for this time (it went on for months). The property manager on site doesn't answer the phone and their voicemail is full so we can't leave messages. I'm amazed at the lack of response and the lack of compassion for a low-income, young and hardworking couple that are just looking to receive a refund for money that wasn't owed to Casa Blanca.
