I ordered AND PAID for a necklace in December 2017, have been going back to see if its ready, and always getting the run around. Now 6 months later, they can't even tell me if the order was placed. I asked for my money back and was told by the manager that "no refunds after 10 days". WHAT??????? Stay away from this company. Getting ready to sue in court to get either my money back or my necklace. DON'T GO THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!

I wanted to give -negative stars!!! Manager was horrible!!!!! Their policies are ridiculous!!! CHEAP JEWELRY but overly priced!!!! My husband got a bracelet here and they hella got him!!! Smh we couldn't find the receipt until a day later than tried to return...but couldn't. The manager had a bad attitude and was not helpful at all!!! I also didn't want anything to do with their store and didn't want to exchange!!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!!
