Guila Hawaiian Kajukenbo-Kickboxing is California's world-recognized kickboxing academy serving Antioch, Calif., Brentwood, Calif., Oakley, Calif. and Pittsburg, Calif. It offers children programs in which the child is trained to develop certain key focal points in his or her life, developments in character building, such as confidence, discipline, self control, physical conditioning, loyalty, respect for self and others. Additionally, physical training development programs include dexterity, coordination, balance, strength, self-defense and cardio. Guila Hawaiian Kajukenbo-Kickboxing also teaches children the importance of moral values and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
