I have a stomach issue and server would not let me order from kids meal menu. He would rather lose $12 than let me order what I want. So I didn't order anything.

I was really looking forward to this experience, but honestly, this was the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE!



Bottom line: THIS BUSINESS COUDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!



Thanks for ruining the first free evening I've had (or will have) in a long time, Kobe Steak and Seafood. It was an experience I'll never forget.

Good food, good atmosphere, very bad service. Waiters are so slow even when the place isn't busy.
