When it comes to pet grooming the people have poor customer service and do not take care of your pet well my dog is terrified to go near this store now.. people need to be better trained before servicing peoples pets

Although we did have some initial problems with their grooming department, they have worked really hard to accomodate our older dogs needs.He can no longer get on the grooming table as he is an 80 lb. 14 year old dog with terrible arthritis. He loves to be clipped short and frankly can't walk well without having his nails trimmed. Their manager agreed that it would be better for the dog to clip him on the ground and even suggested that we maybe even do so in 1 or 2 visits as it might be easier on our pet because he sometimes gets too tired standing for long periods. They have done a great job on our little dog as well. I have used other grooming salons in the past and they were rude, abusive to my pets, and couldn't care less what I thought about it or how my pets were handled. Petsmart has gone out of their way to make sure that we are happy and most importantly that our pets are happy and well carfed for.
