I did not review this business before I took my car there. They did a sloppy job, the customer service absolutely unprofessional, the phone rings and rings they never take or return calls. When someone finally gets on the phone they are very rude from the boss to the employees. They over charged me they were to fix my bumper rather they tore down my battery compartment, the job was not satisfactory my bumper not fixed well when I complained the employee said it was not meant to be perfect. I expected my car fully fixed not patched.
I will never recommend any one who care about their car to go there, especially if one is paying a lot of money not for a sloppy and rushed job... poor customer service, lack of attention to detail, over priced and out rightly rude people

I went in to a road side divider and needed my cars whole side fixed, so i went around the east bay getting estimates, any price I got besides precision autobody wanted to charge me double and take more then 2 weeks. My friend told me about Precisions and I met the owners who are great people and work closely with their employees. After choosing Precision Autobody, the owners managed to give me a free tow, saved me 230 bucks off my deductible and made my car look brand new.
