Caution ***** I once used Arthur Siu as my Optometrist until he made a mistake on a prescription and would not own up to it. It was my first pair of progressive lenses and if I was not approached by another Optometrist about why I was holding my head so fuuny while trying to read, I would have thought that I was just taking a very long time to get use to the new glasses. I went back to Dr. Siu's office and his friendly staff started to check out the problem. They determined that the P.D. of the glasses was different then the chart which after rechecking my own was correct. The so called Doctor then walked in, they told him what they had found, showed him the chart and he took them off to the side, returned, twisted the arms on my glasses until the lense was at a radical angle, then told me that His staff didn't know what they where talking about and sent me on my way. It wasn't until I went to another Optometrist that the problem was verified again and after receiving the correct prescription, I am finally happy with my new glasses. Doctor Siu has Very Questionable ethic's. Use with Caution!!!!!
