I have lived here for 9 years and I like living here and have not had any problems.

Bed bugs and cocaroaches galore. That's what to expect if you move in to the Tiffany Apartments. I am a current tenant and have been having to live with this bed bug problem for the last year now. Upon first arrival all was well. However after about a week we started having problems with insect bites . At first it was an occasional bite. Unaware about the possibility of bed bugs, we thought it must have been mosqutios. The amount of bites increased during the next summer. That's when we discovered we had a bed bug problem.The owner was very uncooperative until I threatened to report him to the housing authorities. My unit was sprayed for bedbugs/roaches recently and now the owner has threatened to evict me if I don't reimburse him for the costs, on the basis that my family somehow brought the bedbugs into the apartment. Needless to say I am moving out and looking into the possibility of a civil lawsuit. They take advantage of the uninformed and they will try to pass the buck on you. BE AWARE!!!

If you love your family please please dont rent in tiffany apartments, first of all is infested with bed bugs and millions of cacarochs, tiffany apartments is old is unsafe is unhealthy,and you need something to be fixed your worst nigmare will start, they just want your money they dont care about costumers once you live there and ask for something to be fixed they turn again you they turn to monsters , the supervisor is the worst person living on planet is a super bad bad person but if you want to try you will be sorry....
