Very rude customer service would neve suggest a place that treats their customers like dirt to anyone

ONE OF MY FRIENDS RECOMENDED AND I TOOK MY VEHICLE IT WAS AN AWEFUL EXPIERINCE , I WENT THERE TO SAVE MONEY BUT I LEARNT EVERY THING HAS A PRICE IF YOU REALLY NEED SERVICE, KNOWLEGABLE TECHS WHO KNOW WHAT A CUSTOMER REALLY IS EXPECTING, I WOULD PAY A RESONABLE PRICE TO GET THEIR SERVICE , I ENDED UP NOT GETTING MY SMOG DONE HERE AND NEVER WILL. I WOULD SUPPORT BUSINESSES THAT CAN GIVE ME THE SERVICE FOR THE DOLLARS I PAY UPTO MY SATISFACTION.

We took our Chevy Impala there after having a new catalytic conventer replaced. The place that had installed it put on the wrong one, VIP took good care in making sure that we had the right information to resolve the problem. They have a great price and get you in and get you out. Professional and Courteous and down right Honest. These are the kind of businesses that we need to support. Not the over priced and dishonest ones that are out there. Thank you very much VIP we refer all of our friends.

These guys are the best, very professional and cheap! All they do is smog tests, and I have 5 cars so I seem to be going all the time. I just discovered these guys a while ago, and I don't plan on going anywhere else!
