I have both my daughters enrolled in this program. One is 4 years old and the other is an infant. I love all the staff at A Child's Place. They take the time to listen to my concerns and address them in a professional manner. I feel that my children are loved and always well cared for. I'm very impressed with how much my preschool has learned since a toddler. I feel she is well prepared for Kindergarten next year. I can't wait to see how much my infant learns as she goes through this program. The infant teachers take extra care to ensure that my daughter's schedule is followed and that she is keeping a consistent routine. Additionally, all the teachers work really well with my children's speech and physical therapists to help meet their goals. I strongly feel that my children are in a safe and secure place when they're at ACP!

Both my daughter who is 2, and my son who is a Kindergartener attend A Child's Place in Antioch. We love the Director Cori, and all the staff there. Our kids have such a great time, and are always learning new things. Their food is much more healthy than our previous center, and the facility seems very clean all the time. As parents, we are always worried about leaving our child with other people, but A Child's Place really made us feel comfortable and safe leaving our children in their care. We love it there. You need to check it out if you are looking for a good daycare in the area. I met the owner a couple of times and she seems very nice. She is definitely concerned about the type of care she provides, and seems to want her staff to do better all the time. I appreciate that as a parent. I'm not sure what the other 2 parents are referring too, but I never had any problems. I would recommend this center anytime over the other ones I looked at.

My daughter only attended A Child's Place in Antioch for 3 1/2 months, before we were transferred out of state for my job. After calling into request a tax statement 8 months after moving, we were told that they would not issue this information until we paid our balance due. I then spoke to the owner, Francine on the phone where she basically accused me of leaving with a balance due of $254. When I asked her to provide detailed information about our account, she then said maybe we had the wrong start date down and that would account for the billing error. Francine was very disorganized and took her 3 1/2 days to come to the conclusion that our account was in good standing. Francine handled the situation very poorly and am very disappointed that she tried to get another $254 from a family that ALWAYS paid before our tuition was due.

Think about it twice. If you are looking for a place to dump your kids from 6:30 - 6:00 then go ahead this is the place for you. But if you are looking for a place where your kids are under a structured learning environment then this is not the place for you. They haven't been open for a year and their staff keeps changing like crazy. I would say that their number one priority is not the kids; it's the money. The owner appears to be nice and open to listening to you, but she isn't. She is on the defensive side and just cares about herself and her business. If you can make a sacrifice, put you child in a better place that charges a little more and don't sacrifice your child's learning environment by putting them here. This is NOT A Child's Place.
