My wife and I just had them do a Railing a fence for us, We couldn't be happier. They took the time to come out and talk with us and discuss any problems or concerns. They were fast and very professional. They even used our pictures for there ad's.

In October, 2008, this company installed an iron railing in our front cement stairs. They noted two large existing cracks in a section of the old cement, but did not warn us this could cause a future problem. One post was also drilled to close to a step edge, and this step was within the 'mobile' section of old cement. In time, cracks formed around that post. We called the company. They patched it with an inadequate material that turned to mush by spring. They never fixed the problem, and in April, 2010, the entire corner of the step cracked off, leaving us with a failed railing installation. I sent a letter to them with numerous photos. I NEVER received even the courtesy of a reply. Cement contractors who viewed the stairs and railing said it was improperly installed, the post drilled too close to the step edge, and installed into old cement that heaved with freezing and thawing. One said, "That corner was bound to blow out." We're now filing a report with Rip-Off Reports online.
