i went to purchase a wal mart plan phone from the wal mart after mine was broken. first visit, i waited probably 30 mins in the phone shop, with nobody there. so i walked off and bought some food, and checked out electronics to see what they had over there, and came back. another 15 goes by, when finally somebody shows. i explain to the guy that my phone was sold to me with the wrong sim card and that i got a message on my phone saying to take it to them and get a new one. they refused and told me i had to take it up with t-mobile.



so i return days later to purchase another phone, again, with a 20-30 min wait although one worker was in the store helping other customers. so i left again, did some shopping and came back. somebody else was finally there, so i asked a few questions, looked at my options a bit, and the guy was gone again, this time out talking to the cashiers. so i waited for the other worker to get her business finished when the manager walked in. he looked at the racks, shuffled some stuff and then disappeared, while the other guy was still out, talking with the cashiers. so my last hope, the other lady worker finished her business and asks "can i help you?" to which i replied in a calm tone "possibly". she says and i quote "POSSIBLY HUH? THAT'S NICE." and completely ignores me. so i put the phone back on the shelf, and walked out purchasing a phone online and setting it up myself like all of you should do.

I think the manager at the Antioch store is an A__ He doesn't have a clue what his employees deal with daily with psycho customers and he needs to be on the floor more so he understands! I have worked in Customer Service for over 25 years - he doesn't have a clue!

I dont enjoy my visits to Walmart. I often come away frustrated and annoyed. Yes, the prices are sometimes the lowest around but the service itself is not good. Employees often seem depressed and anti social. I'd rather shop for food products at Woodman's in Kenosha
