I've been a loyal customer for 7 years and the service has always been top notch. The have soooo many scents. What I love is that the impressions smell like the actual scents. And they last and last.

I witnessed male staff being aggressively rude and verbally abusive to customers. The customer simply told his friend that the oils were watered down. The staff member heard it, and intercepted the conversation. The staff member then involved a coworker, ran the men out of the store. I decided to leave, as I was disgusted by the lack of couth. The customers were not rude. The customer was right, the quality of their oils has significantly decreased over the years. They do sell an extremely watered down oil, with little to no scent. It also depends on who mixes them, as they obviously don't mix the same. Way too much competition online to put up with this poor treatment.

The person at the register is not a very nice person
