Service was slow. Food was not hot. One plate was sent back and when it came back, the food was overdone. We will not return.

Since I have been to almost every O"Charley's in the Nashville area, I feel like I can honestly assess each. The atmosphere of all O'Charley's is the same: great food and great prices and very consistent. the only non consistent part is the service and that varies by location. But one thing is for sure! There is nothing on earth better than those rolls.

The food, as I always get, their loaded potato soup is always good every time I come. Friendly service too.

I took my daughter and her friends there for a birthday lunch then movie. I called days before to inform them of a large gathering, 15-20 ppl. We were immediately seated. Dominique and Robert took care of us. My daughter had a wonderful time. They catered to all of our requests, just a marvelous day for my baby turning 12! Thank you guys so much! :-) You know the night before I had read some of the reviews for this location so I was a little concerned but it was too late to cancel change. Well I'm glad I didn't. I think you can go in any price range for a restaurant and have good service or bad service. This was made very special for all of the kids that attended and I thank you so much!

My sister and i decided to try this O'Charleys out. I had been to this one before but it had been a very long time since i had gone back becuase of the accident that happened here but my sister and i decided to give them a try plus+ we were starved. When we got there we were greeted, we got right in actually even though the place was packed with people. I went to the restroom for a minute thinking my waiter/waitress would have gotten our drink orders already but no one showed up till almost 10 mins. after we walked through the door. Our waiter was cute lol but he was a bad waiter. No personality, didn't check on our table, no re-fills, just BAD. The food was OK, could've been better, and thn that's when the worst thing happend when our waiter brought our ticket out and my sister opened the holder thing and a roach crawled out onto our table! i freaked and told our waiter and he didn't apoligize, get the manager and didn't offer for us to even get a free dessert of anything! i was highly dissappointed! i will NEVER EVER go to this O'charleys location again in my life.
