Provided by YP.comTerrible location, dirty rooms, unfriendly workers, breakfast was dry cereal and a few pieces of fruit, not enough rollaway beds, holes in the bathroom door, wanted to leave but they refused to refund our money, 'manager' yells at us and leaves refusing to return, at 4am woke up to an inebriated man standing in the parking lot in only his underwear yelling at a woman in a locked car saying he would kill her...the yelling lasted for 3 hours. we only stayed one night and then found another room. The most troubling thing was the workers at the front desk who were incredibly mean, unaccommodating, and dishonest. The website looks great - but didn't represent the hotel at all!

Provided by YP.comBooked through a booking company - the ad read every room has a high def tv flat panel tv - dvd player - and sleep number by select comfort bed - and the price wasnt horrible so we booked two nights - we showed up checked in and they said oh one night we showed our printout and that problem got solved right away so we thought ok---- then we get in the room its a flat screen standard def tv - no dvd player - and rock hard mattress that was no sleep number so we called the front desk and asked hey this isnt what we booked they called us crazy so we pulled up the ad they still insisted they had no idea how come it said that so we called the booking company who explained they only post what they are told to post - they called the hotel got excuses like we did so the booking company refunded us our fees (we stayed bc our son was in hospital we had no choice) the hotel offered nothing except to refund us and let us leave no dvd player unless we paid and just a lot of snarky rudeness i will NEVER stay here again and NEVER suggest anyone stay here... I mean fine its not hard to say well normally we charge for dvd players but since the ad said included we will do it - i understand they cant just bring in a sleep number mattress if they dont have it but APOLOGIES can go a long way

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I decided to spend the night together at the Antioch Quarters Inn & Suites as an over night get away, though we live in the Nashville area. We just wanted to spend some time together with no kids. When I walked into the room because my husband had already checked in I was not wowed. I have been to many nice hotels and the advertisement made it seem like this was a wonderful hotel with many amenities. However, the king sized bed only had two very flat pillows and the jacuzzi that they talk about is not really a jacuzzi. the jacuzzi's have have been in hold more then just one person and does not have a shower in it. This was nothing more then a tub with jets. In other words a small whirlpool. Also when I went to iron I noticed no iron. And when i took down the ironing board it was broken and one leg was missing. Though they said they had satellite television there were only 30 channels available and most of those were sports and news. Also they only had two small towels available and two wash clothes. No hand towels or additional towels. I was told if I wanted more I would have to return the ones that were given to me and they would give me more. This is not a hotel that knows about apporpriate advertising of about keeping a hotel appealing for people to return. I will not come here again for a short get away. I would say that I got what I paid for however I would have had a better experience for the same price if I had said at the Holiday Inn down the road.

Provided by YP.comMy 5 days experience at the Antioch Quarters Inn & Suites, when I drove into the parking lot I thought okay, the hotel is renovating. My mind was thinking oh no, now what. Then I walked into the hotel office. The professional staff greet me so well saying hello, sir how may I help you? I told them that I had a reservation & she checked me in, in a very professional way. I felt a little comfortable. She explained me about the renovation. Then I walked into my room, and I was surprise. (I am a corporate travel, I am on the go from 1 hotel to an another), The room were upscale. The beds, 32" Flat screen TV, micro-fridge, Complimentary WI-FI internet. Activity desk with rolling chair. I felt like I had my own office at home. The rooms were highly clean & comfortable. I tried the Whirlpool bath tub that night & I was relaxed & ready to go to work. After 15 minutes of checking in the clerk called me from the front desk & said Hello, Mr. Morgon this is so, and so, from the front desk making a courtesy call to see if every thing is okay in your room? I was amazed. A small hotel with a professional reputation caught my attention.
Nashville, downtown is just minutes away from the hotel. I had a meeting at the Grand-Ole-Opry and I was there in 15 minutes. Airport was 7 miles from there. I found 7 major restaurants in the walking distance which made a great choice for me.
Next morning I went in for breakfast, and let me tell you the cleanest & set up were great. The breakfast had hot waffles, gravy & biscuits and lots of other healthy choices. I just loved the place. I recommend this hotel to everyone. CORPORATE travelers, it a great deal. I checked out 4 other hotels in the area, this is the cheapest with all the amenities we look for.
