I feel like I have a problem with them every month. Outrageous prices, Terrible customer service, zero care for the customer, their property, or their family. I've had automatic deliveries stop for no reason, payments linger for weeks, and deliveries that cost $900 upfront during the winter, despite being a paying customer for 3 years now. I've had pipes freeze, reptiles die, and all while looking at my bank account with what would cover a normal payment, but starting after their mysterious automatic payment halts costs around 300 extra when it's an emergency. Deleiver people are the only competent ones, I feel bad for them because of how angry I am with the company by the time they show up. As a tenant, I wish changing heating providers was easier. Rymes plays this card to their advantage.

This atrociously power-hungry company is all about mistreating their customers. They don't have a standard operating procedure in regards to information that they give their customers on stop-deliveries. They refuse to divulge information on how to prevent automatic deliveries because they are only out for the money and do not genuinely care. Each time you ask a question, you get a different answer. As a monopoly, they bully their patrons by refusing service that should be guaranteed from a "top-tier" business. Instead of quality service, their guests are left feeling used. Their systems are archaic as are their values. The customer is never first with this establishment. They should be working with their customers to ensure quality and happiness instead of withholding information in order to gain money.
