Provided by YP.comStay Away!!!!!! unless you enjoy being treated badly. The person that answers the phone and takes orders is rude. If you get to the point of ordering, make friends with the delivery guys, they will give you the quantity price breaks, they use common sense, and do a good job. Beware, the order taker assumes you know everything there is to know about ordering propane, Aero's particular policies, and will try to take advantage of you, at the same time treating you badly. Do Not Lease tanks from Aero, locking you into having to order from the rude customer service person.

The lady that answers the phone and takes orders is one of the most unpleasant persons I've had the misfortune to have to deal with. No matter how hard I try to get through an order without some sort of conflict, she somehow manages to make the experience of doing business with Aero Propane a negative experience. Once I'm able to get through the pain of ordering, the Drivers have always been pleasant and professional. Finally I've had time to get quotes on replacing Aero Propanes equipment.

The lady who answered the phone was short with me and had a sharp voice, was not pleasing to talk to. Told her I might need a regulator, was not done speaking and she cut me off and piped right up and said labor is $75 an hour with a one hour minimum and a regulator would cost $75 (a basic good quality LP gas regulator such as a Marshall 230 can be had for like $11-$20 just about anywhere). Told her I'd shop around and goodbye. What a bunch of gougers. And the lady on the phone was ridiculously unpleasant. I hope a lot of people read this review and avoid this place.

This company does not know what the term customer service means. they do not inform you you have to ask for your tanks to be weighed when they pick them up. No credit, when i asked for a credit i was told there is a $75.00 pick up charge, news to me. I was not billed for it, but ask for a credit and the lady in the office is very argumentative. Find another company to work with, i was going to ask for tanks at mey new house but not now.

Aero's employees are a dour and unprofessional bunch, making dealing with them seem like a trip to the DMV. The owner is pleasant enough, but the rest of the crew lives in a world where being curt and gruff is good customer service.Their installation prices are highway robbery. I suggest buying and installing your own tanks, if possible. Avoid Aero Propane.
