We are a Family owned and operated business located in downtown Apache junction. AZ. We hold auctions every Wednesday night at 7 PM and Saturday night AT 6 PM, Doors open 2 hours before each sale for preview. We accept quality consignments on Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM 2 PM.

Dishonest!!

Consigned over $6000. in furniture and other goods to Acton House Public Auction. They picked up my goods on July 29, 2018. Did not hear a word from them. I had emailed many times and was told my check was on the way. NO CHECK ARRIVED. I saw on line they were closing down. I immediately called and ask if I should send someone to pick up my stuff. (I now live in Michigan) Was told on no we are sending you a check this week. That was in mid September. NO CHECK ARRIVED. I tried calling and surprise their phone is disconnected. They are very dishonest. I have no doubt they will surface some where else and con more people. BEWARE!! I am filing a lawsuit.
