It has been a while since I've been here but I recall the people being friendly. That accounts for 3 of the 4 stars. The 4th star is for the desserts, which are good. But I have to tell you that the stuffed pizza had no sauce on top (not Chicago authentic) and the Italian beef was served in a hot dog bun. Yuck. But I can't give a bad review when the people are so nice, so 4 stars.
