John Calvin Presbyterian Church was established in 1964. Our church is situated in the foothills of the Superstition Mountains just a short distance from the I-60 in Apache Junction. We are a church of loving people dedicated to the Lord Jesus Christ, who follow the teachings of the Bible, under the auspices of the Presbyterian Church. We have a growing congregation made up of varied and special individuals, both young and old. We have a Board of Deacons consisting of 9 members, and a Session of Elders consisting of 9 members who acts as the governing group of people for our church decisions. We have many programs for everyone, and opportunities to serve Christ. Presbyterian Women, Bible studies, hiking club, hymn sing and potluck night, HOPE support, and choir and children's bells are a just some of the fun and rewarding events you can get involved in. Come join us sometime for a Saturday night hymn sing or karaoke, or perhaps a children's bell performance during a Sunday service. Then there's always a dinner and music night, or a concert in the sanctuary, or vacation Bible school.
