I have been taking my now 15 year old car there for the last 8 years now, and they keep it running like new. Also on two occasions I asked to have something fixed, after checking they told me, it would be expensive and doesn't hurt anything. They could have stuck me with a big bill. So I trust them completely, would not go anywhere else.

I took my 12 year old car in because I had a 'clunk' on passenger side when I turned hard. After reading up on internet, I (not a mechanic!) determined it needed a new CV axle and was fully prepared to pay for one. Tim drove my car around, they put it up on the rack, pushed or pulled on stuff and said I didn't need a CV axle and that it was safe to drive. NO CHARGE! Next time I turned hard, there was no noise. So for no money, my 'clink' is gone. Nice. I now need a mechanic to fix my big Ford 4x4 and that's where I'm taking it. This time I know I'll have a charge (I diagnosed a bad alternator - again I am not a mechanic). But I totally trust them to do a good and honest job. Go there. Oh, it's a nice waiting room, too, but a little hot this time of year. Minor. It's near some fast food places with AC.

After almost a year of hoping Rsc938 would retract his review or update it to reflect what the actual outcome was I need to do so myself.. The young man posted this and several other reviews on the Internet, along with filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The reviews are not completely factual in the description of our interactions. I attempted to help and rectify his dissatisfaction before it escalated to the complete meltdown that it did. The "clipped" wires that he refers to went to the brake master cylinder brake fluid sensor They were not clipped but chewed by a pack rat.. The tech found the wires damaged when he pulled the vehicle in and saw the fluid warning light on. Then promptly repaired them at no charge, before replacing the water pump. There were a couple more wires chewed that were not easily reconnected so we advised the customer. And learned at that time they were aware of the rodents. Two days later they returned with the misfire. They would not allow us to investigate and took it to another shop out of town that found that the vehicle was in need of new spark plugs.. The BBB dropped all investigation afterwards. Craig Lewis

We brought our vehicle in for a new Water pump and they messed up our wiring in the car saying it was rats! There are clipped wires and new electrical tape on the wire harness. We never asked them to touch the wiring and they even put it on the bill about the wiring.KEEP YOUR VEHICLE AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SHOP!

This is the only shop I go to. I refer all my family and friends. If you want work done by a trustworthy shop this is the place to go. Very affordable and honest men.
