I'm 12 years old and my mom told me to write a review to tell you how it is to live here as a kid. Kids are very mean they hit me they throw things at me they hit me with things hard things they cuss at me is still my things. They call me a faget they spit on me they still my things they call me a girl they make fun of my clothes they make fun of me they hurt me their moms cuss at me let their kids cuss at me they tell their kids to hit me they tell their kids to kick me they told me my mom doesn't love me they tell me they will hit me if I do something when I get mad and I growl or Sia at them and don't do what they tell me to do they tell me they're going to hit me they have their kids hit me. The kids are very mean some of them call me in Niger and when I tell the parents they won't come to the door and they just sit on the couch and they tell their son to tell me to f off. My mom has a bunch of cameras all over her house and they still are mean to me and hit me because they know that the police can't do anything about them so the moms tell him it's okay. The dog try to bite me the kids try to steal my scooter and when they couldn't the mom tried and when she couldn't the other mom came and took my scooter so my mom called the police and they gave him a different scooter pretending that it was mine even took the handle off of there's like I did mines make it look like you was mine but it wasn't so my mom told the cop that that was not the right scooter and they finally gave the cop the real scooter and they wrote on it to make it look like it was theirs my mom show the cops the video of the the mom pulling it from my hands and then the other mom trying to take it out of my hands but couldn't and the kids kicking me and hitting me trying to steal it. I can't go to my friend's house because they now have bed bugs because it's so bad here some of my clothes got ruined because of the mice I told Jeff about the mean kids hitting me and he told me to stay away from them but there by my house. One day getting off of school three kids were beating me up and I scream for help and Jeff had cameras but he didn't come out and help me even though I was screaming really loud for help so when I hit one of the kids trying to get them to get off of me to quit pulling my hair and kicking and punching me I hit one of them hard enough that I made them cry so their dad came out and told me if I ever hit their kids again I'm going to be in a lot of trouble but he never stops them from hurting me they kick me in my balls they hit me in the face they pull my hair there's always a lot of them hurting me at the same time and nobody ever stops them but when I finally hit one of them I got yelled at and Jeff wouldn't help me I don't even tell my mom anymore when he hurt me because I know there's nothing she can do but she got so mad and she cries so I don't tell her because I don't want to get stuck in the house and I don't want to see my mom cry or be sad the kids feel a lot of my toys so I'm too scared to leave my bike outside my scooter outside my skateboards outside and want to keep them all in the house from mom won't let me she says there's no room but I'm so scared that they're going to get stolen this is a bad place to live the kids are real mean and nasty some the kids are really nice and fun to play with but you can't go in their house and play with them when it's too hot outside because there's bug bugs and I can't come in the house because mom says she want the bugs in the house so if you want to play with your friends you have to go outside and there's always mean bad kids out there

Had a birthday party with guest, one of them were my mom which also owns a trailer here. While in the restroom the manager came over yelling at my mother (A guest mind you) abbot the jumpy houseI ranted and have insured. Last year I had a petting zoo come over and was also yelled at but I thought the issue was because they were live animals and it was on a property that was yet rented out. So anyways back on topic, my taller is at the end of the lot whee it is cut off, I asked the neighbor across from me if she mined and she said not at all so I thought it would be fine, which I was obviously wrong about. Instead of him waiting till after the party he came and yelled during infront of children and another parent. I was in the restroom so he was yelling at my mother and then threatened to call the police and have it shut down the next time it happened. Instead of just waiting and soaking to me privately so I could apologize and explain I thought it was because animals were involved and because it was on land that someone was interested in. That I asked my neighbor and she said it was ok but now that I know that it doesn't matter what it is it can't be on the street or anyone else's property I won't do it again. However main key is it's about courtesy and talking to ME in privacy not to my mother let alone infront of my guess and other neighbors. Irs very embarrassing and confusing to the children, especially the little bitty ones.

My mother recently bought a tailor from these people, not only did they not give her her the days off looking over the contract like they're supposed to but they painted over mild to hide it and sold it to her. She asked if they would give her an equal amount tailor since this one is unlivable and they said no. The manager is rude talks to you like trash and lies to you. I asked him when I bought mine if there was scorpions and he told me no after I said I'm scared to death my child well get stung and die. He straight lied and said no. Not even a week of living there there was one found in my trailor. This place is crap they have you paying 250 per pet even fish is on the contract as pets that have to be paid even tho you own the tailor. These people are rip offs, conivers, threaten to evict you with no ground, and talk to you like trash. BE VERY AWARE WHEN RENTING OUR BUYING FROM THIS HELL HOLE. They tried covering mold no telling what else they'll do.
