I was not happy with this service. There is one legit review on here - the rest are probably not legitimate.



I needed my cat to be groomed - it needed some mats cut out of his hair. I made an appointment a week in advance. The day came and the appointment time was switched by two hours. I then took my cat at the new time and someone who seemed unqualified took my cat into the house - and basically shut the door on my face. I was worried about my cat - then I get a call two hours later from the owner saying that she was unable to cut my cats hair because she couldn't get it out of the kennel. My cat is fairly friendly ~ and it's their job to get them out.. groom them.. I dont know, I thought it was a lame excuse considering the amount of time spent. When I picked up my cat she said ~ that she was going to cut me a deal and not charge me even though she spent an hour trying to get my cat out... She didnt do any grooming, why would I pay her?



Very frusterating. Just going to go to a petsmart next time
