I think this Mobile Home Park is a lovely park. The homes are very well maintained and the Manager, Laura, is very caring and concerned about her residents. It is nice to walk around or bike and see people that will wave to you and ask you how you are doing. They truly seem to care about each other. I think that everyone enjoys living here. I love the fact that the homes are ground set, so you don't have to worry about stairs or losing skirting when the wind blows. I love it here.

This is actually a nice park, with wide lots and ground set trailers giving it a good open feeling. Unfortunately, new owners bought the park in 2015 and have been absolutely awful to work with. My mother owns here, and had to move to an assisted living facility. We've been trying to sell her home for months, and the new park owners keep shooting down every buyer we've brought. Ridiculous reasons being given, zero communication from the owners despite multiple attempts to speak with them. It feels like discrimination with zero opportunity to fight back! Save yourself a lot of hassle and frustration and live somewhere else. These new owners are impossible to deal with.
