Provided by YP.comWent there today and they werent opened as they advertise their hours being open til 7. It was 4pm and state walk ins welcome or else i woulda called prior to driving out there from san tan valley. Decent place but business wasnt open so i went else where. Also there addrress isnt even correct so i wastes my dam time. I found a spot right down the street that got me in and out in less than 30 min. I think the name was independent wellness or something like that
