I am from wis. I purchased a 2012 ram power wagon. the back up camera and radio screen was out and low tire lights on they said they would fix didn't. on way home truck didn't wouldn't start at motel 3 mornings. when I got home I put in four wheel drive on my gravel driveway and there was a bad clunking and wont go in low range.i didn't try it when I test drove it cause its all pavement and didn't think there would be a problem with four wheel drive in az they don't have snow storms it should be like new ha ha . took it to shop and they said transfer case fried fluid black. 2348.00. plus radio camera 923 pinion seal 150 ball joints 742 both rear seals380 rear brake pads rotors 540.one headlight was out I fixed wires was broke someone butchered inner fender well. truck has factory winch but is disconnected and no controls.they said they would send check after many calls.its been over 2 weeks its snowed here 3 times and I have no 4 wheel drive waiting for check to have repaired. how does the four wheel drive get broke in az ? abuse in desert. they tried to rip me off cause they knew I was going back too wis. thanks trucks only ive never bought a 28000 dollar veichle and been treated like this. very very unhappy customer. ps when I called and told secertery about noise 10 days later she said transfer case funny how she would know that.
