Following my sessions with Dr. Ose, I can honesty say that I feel much better. Getting help is not easy, but it is something that anyone who even thinks they have a problem should do. Dr. Ose treats the whole person, integrating both mental and physical health to assist his patients. I am very satisfied with the service provided and am grateful to him for his time.

Honestly, I felt completely hopeless when I first started therapy. I didn't have a lot of faith that anything or anyone would be able to help me. I am so thankful that a friend recommended Dr. Ose. When he PERSONALLY called me back to schedule an appointment, I felt like I actually found someone that would take the time to listen and help me with my areas of need. His holistic approach which combines meditation techniques, exercise, and the right combination of pharmaceuticals has turned my life around. This mix is exactly what I needed in order to gain a healthy sense of well-being. I was desperate for help when I first met with Dr. Ose. He truly takes the time to decipher your "issues" and provides thought-provoking feedback. I can say with undeniable certainty that Dr. Ose has changed my life. :)

Holistic Mental Health has given me LIFE again! I have struggled with major depression, PTSD, OCD and ADHD since I was a young teen. I could never make thoughts stop, I believed that I had never laughed since I was a young child. I have been to psychiatrists my whole life, none of which were able to give me any relief. I thought I would never be able to be happy. Dr. Ose somehow found a way to remove all that guilt, stop the thoughts, and for the first time in my life I see that my life can be good! I am even beginning to notice beauty in things I never saw before. If you struggle with problems like this, please get help. And I bet if your see Dr. Ose he can help you. He helped me!
