Brought a pair of jeans in to get tapered about a week ago. I asked for quite a severe taper. When I came back to pick up my pants 3 days later, they looked to be tapered just how I wanted. Upon getting home to try the jeans on, however, I found that one leg is about an inch shorter than the other now - literally, an inch. How in god's name does one manage to unevenly shorten my pants, when the job was a freaking taper - not a hem? I paid $20 to ruin my own jeans. I will sooner buy a plane ticket back to NYC and get my pants tapered there than come back to this establishment.

I brought a bridesmaid dress to be fitted here. The female tailor appeared to know what she was doing but boy was I wrong!!!! When I picked up my dress she assure me all was PERFECT!! When I got to the church to get dressed the dress looked like it was NEVER altered. I spent $60.00 only to have the bridal party very quickly safety pin me together for the rest of the day!!!!! When I returned the female tailor was unwilling to give me a full refund. She told me she can alter it again. The wedding was over what on earth would I wear it again to. She gave me half of the money and even that she did begrudgingly!! I do not recommend this place for alterations. You may pay for stuff they never ever did!! ONE VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!
