I have had an ongoing problem with an outlet that would trip my breaker and knock out power to my refrigerator. Their electrician came out, I explained the issues with him. After he looked into it, he explained it in detail, answered all my questions, and then made the necessary repairs. The tech was very professional and did a great job.

Sent by our builder to fix a few simple outlet issues. Tech Eric Tyler tried to tear down mirrors and take off tiles in the bath to find whatever he was looking for. Had to step in and tell him not to, which he ended up not needing to at all. Next we realized he had stolen my wife's Engagement Ring and Diamond Necklace. No one else was in the house before or after the jewelry went missing. Still won't confess or return the items, police report has been filed. Hands-down worst service anyone could ask for.
