We had my son's rehearsal dinner here in their room upstairs...we live in Texas, so this dinner was planned and coodinated with Kathie via long distance. She was extremely patient with a nervous mother-of-the-groom and handled all details beautifully. When my son's name was spelled wrong on the menus she had prepared for us, she immediately re-printed them and they were delivered in just minutes! Our server, Laura, was very friendly, patient, and extremely efficient and attentive to our every need. The room was set up beautifully, just as requested. We selected chicken, salmon, and their signature beef medallions for the entrees and they were all delicious, and beautifully presented. I ordered a fruit and cheese tray for appetizer which was not on their menu, but the chef prepared an exquisite display and it was enjoyed by all! The dessert choices were the cheesecake and chocolate chess pie...most guests selected the cheesecake which was to die for and a much more generous serving than we were expecting. I'm told the pie was also very creamy and delicious! An "exceptional" rating for our experience here is not an exageration. We received many, many compliments on the food and service, and the rehearsal dinner was a tremendous success thanks to Kathie, the chef, Laura and her helpers! KUDOS!
