We live on a budget and went to Perkins for breakfast. When the waitress took our order we asked about the menu and trying to get a lower priced meal. The waitress would not help us and so my husband had a breakfast and I ordered toast and tea. The cost for tea and toast was $5. No refills offered on our tea and coffee. After we ate we were going to pay and then noticed a weekday special for breakfast on a table. I think she should have told about the opportunity to see the menu specials. Thanks for making us feel unwanted and let us know there was nothing special about us just the dollar was important.

We had already left a tip but now I know that was stupid for me to do.

This was a nice restaurant, the food was good and came out at a reasonable time. The waitor was the cashier also, bless his heart, he was over worked!
