Took our red Camaro to be washed at Scruffy Duck, and when we went out to get in the car, there were white streaks all over one side. Not only that, but the girl working at the front desk was hiccuping and acting completely drunk. I went back inside and asked her to speak to the manager, and she tried to find out why I wanted to speak to him. I just told her that I'd like to speak to the person charge. I told and showed him what the problem was, and also said that both my boyfriend and I noticed that she seemed to be very drunk. His reply was simply, "I don't think she's drunk." He also began to go into all these excuses why the car had streaks. The girl at the front desk then followed us outside and asked us what the problem was. Her boss didn't seem concerned that she was acting like a fool, so I told her to go back inside. He then offered to wash the car again, but kept making excuses why there were streaks on the car when they weren't there before. The girl continued to stand outside, and I finally told her it was being handled and I didn't want to talk to her anymore. The owner sat down with another customer and starting talking negatively about the car, and then thanked us for coming. Once inside the car, we also noticed white marks on the black console - what a disaster! We will never go back there again, and highly recommend that you don't either!

Stay Away! They damaged my car and refused to take responsibility. Owner was very hostile - essentially called me a liar, ...raising his voice, yelling, interrupting me during the discussion. You could tell the other customers were astonished by his inappropriate behavior. In the end, he basically said you can't prove they did it. Shockingly awful way to run a business.

If you want your car clean as a whistle go to Scruffy Duck. The wait area is clean and the folks are friendly. Detailing service is top notch.

This place definitely did not clean my car as expected and to make matters worse, when I brought that to the attention of the manager, he was down-right rude. Take your business elsewhere.
