Provided by YP.comI received the absolute worst customer service possible from this optical center. I should have taken heed when I saw some previous reviews about the service. The only employee working when I came in to pick up my glasses handed them to me and did not offer fitting assistance. After leaving the store and driving home, I noticed one of the lenses was not securely in the frame and was in danger of falling completely out. I returned to the store the following day and asked the same employee, who was once again the only one working in the optical center, to assist with fixing the lens. She was so extremely rude and refused to acknowledge any problem and instead talked down to me. She stated several times that I did not understand how these lens were made. She actually tried to convince me that the lens half in/half out was correctly made and this was what I had ordered. She told me it would cost me $83.50 more to get lenses made that actually fit in my frames. I felt stuck as I had already paid in full and used my insurance and they would not give me a refund to go order glasses from a more reputable source. I have worn glasses for 10+ years and have ordered several pair over that time and know how the frames and lenses should fit. Securing the lens back inside the frame should have been a very simple fix for anyone with even the minimum amount of proper training. I may have been taken advantage of this time but will make sure that I absolutely never go near another Target Optical Store and I intend to let others know so they don't get taken advance of.

Provided by YP.comI Love this place. Everyone is very nice especially Lydia who goes out of her way to make you feel special and has very good advice on what glasses look good on you. I have had no problem with the three glasses I have purchased over the last two years. I took out the insurance and boy did I use it! No problems. I always went to a very expensive eye glass place to get my previious glasses and was tired of spending $600 for a new pair of glasses. All my fears that my Target glasses would not measure up were unfounded and other than finding out that the non-glare coating did not have staying power and chipped off everything else was perfect. Now I dont get the non-glare coating and no problems. Highly recommend getting your glasses here.

Provided by YP.comI had an issue over the state law about children being required to have the polycarbonite lenses. I was told I needed to pay a $40 upgrade from the standard lense my insurance pays. I called my plan and they said for me to go to Walmart because they did not charge extra for the poly upgrade since it was state law. I found these people to be very inflexible and customer service lacking.
