My husband and I went to the home show in Tampa in January. We spoke with Allen Perreault and ordered a glass top for our garage door. No one showed up on day of install January 14 and no calls to cancel. I have reached out thru their website contact request and called main office and cell number on business card. When I called the main number, I did not get the name, but they said our insert was still on order. The one time I reached Allen, as he does not return phone calls either, he said they were trying to catch up from all the business received at the home show and would call as soon as our insert comes in. I left another message for Allen again yesterday on his cell and still no callback. This is now MAY! and we still do not have our insert installed. Thank goodness we did not prepay these people! Very unreliable. I should not have to chase down a sales guy to get what he sold us done. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
