It's clearly evident that this Timbo guy is crying because he feels people should spend their time and gas money to travel to his home to provide a free estimate. Got news for you buddy even if you take your mower to a shop most charge an estimate fee of $30-35! Stop acting like everyone owes you something for free...

Have a lawn mower with a potentially broken motor - shaft seems to be loose after running over some electrical wiring that snarled up in the blades and brought the motor to a shuddering halt - the mower's only a few months old. Engine is probably shot, but wanted to be sure before paying someone to come out and take a look - tried running the issue past these people to see if it was worth their time, and mine, to have them come out. Slick young lady who answered the phone refused to put me on to anyone who I could have run it by - common sense - because they obviously want to get their service fee to come out, take 5 seconds to look at a mower, and confirm that it's dead. Nice way to do business. A couple of other places I spoke to afterwards did give an opinion and stated there's a 50/50 chance it can be repaired, explaining what the issues might be. One of those two will get the business, together with the repair work on our edger and anything else that might come up in future. We own five properties, all of which I maintain myself, so we do go through our fair share of equipment and repairs - their loss.

Very fast when I e-mailed him in the am, within 10 mins I got a call, arrived when he said he would very knowledgeable in his trade.Looking forward till the next service call his prices r not bad despite that he comes to u compared prices and he was cheaper ,had my push mower and edger done in less then 45 mins thanks again for the awesome work
