So far i have had poor response from this company & am extremely disappointed. I was d/c from Shand's hospital Tuesday afternoon and thought I would see or hear from you on Wednesday. Today is Friday afternoon& I had to make phone calls to track down who you were& when I would be seen. Operative W o





Word I. My nurse said she tried to call & come by Thursday, but didn't receive call or visit, because she had wrong address & phone number. She informed office, but no one made any attempt to get correct one. Now my nurse has correct address & phone, given to her by me. Do you see what's wrong with this picture? I am extremely upset& disappointed. I have had to pay out of pocket for care i should have received from you. NOT GOOD! !!!!
